Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. Deliveries may take longer during holidays or severe weather.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international customers in the near future.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for all domestic orders. Simply select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout and pay when your order arrives. A small COD handling fee of $2.99 applies.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on our website or directly through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

• Check around your property and with neighbors
• Wait 24 hours as packages may appear as delivered early
• Contact the carrier with your tracking number
• Reach out to our customer service for assistance

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for express or next-day delivery options. Please provide a physical address for faster shipping methods.
